Ingredients (Serves 6)

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp turmeric (for color)
Optional Garnishes:
- Fresh cilantro or parsley

Instructions
For the Meat Filling:
1. Cook the Meat:
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground beef or lamb and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
